designs are ideal for standard table service, oven to table service,
or refrigerator to table service.
Canapes or hors
d'oeuvres that are to be served hot, can be placed directly on the very
rapid heat absorbing magalon™ surface, placed in the oven, and
when desired, brought out for table or hostess serving.
The unique thermal
properties of magalon™ also allow for very rapid conversion of
your pieces to refrigerator service. Simply placing them in a refrigerator
for a few minutes will create the perfect serving presentation for your
cold canapes.
